Description
BC Racing ER Series coilovers are a high-spec, 2-way adjustable suspension system featuring independent compression and rebound damping adjustment. External reservoirs increase the damper's oil and gas capacity, helping control temperatures and maintain more consistent damping during sustained hard use. The separate adjusters also give considerably more control over how the car responds to driver inputs, weight transfer and changes in track conditions.

What it’s good for
Ideal for serious track-day cars, clubsport builds and competition use where greater control over the suspension setup is required. Independent compression and rebound adjustment allows the damping characteristics to be tuned around factors such as spring rate, tyre choice, circuit characteristics and driver preference rather than relying on a single combined adjustment.

What we like about it
The big advantage of the ER Series is the level of control it gives you over the car. Being able to adjust compression and rebound independently allows much more precise tuning of body control, weight transfer and how effectively the tyre follows the surface. The external reservoirs also increase oil capacity and help manage damper temperatures, making performance more consistent during longer and more demanding track sessions.

Worth knowing: More adjustment isn't automatically better. The ER Series offers significantly more setup potential than the BR or RM, but getting the most from it requires a better understanding of what compression and rebound are actually doing. For drivers willing to spend time developing their setup, that extra control is where the ER really starts to make sense.
