Description
BC Racing BR Series coilovers offer an accessible entry into adjustable performance suspension, combining ride-height adjustment with 30-way damping adjustment in a proven monotube design. A large 46 mm piston and 53 mm damper body provide increased oil capacity, helping manage damper temperatures and maintain more consistent performance during harder use.

What it’s good for
Ideal for fast road cars, occasional track days and entry-level clubsport builds. The BR Series offers enough adjustment to tailor the car towards different uses while retaining a level of compliance that makes it suitable for cars that still spend significant time on the road.

What we like about it
The BR's biggest strength is its versatility. You get adjustable damping, independent ride-height adjustment and a monotube damper at a relatively accessible price point. The large damper body also provides good oil capacity, helping maintain more consistent damping as temperatures increase during harder driving.

There is also a huge range of applications and spring-rate options available, making it easy to build a setup around how the car will actually be used.

Worth knowing: The BR uses a single adjuster rather than independently adjustable compression and rebound. That makes setup considerably simpler, but gives you less control than BC's 2-way and 3-way systems. For a fast-road car that sees occasional track use, however, the additional complexity of a more advanced damper often isn't necessary.

RA or RN?: The RA series coilover kits are supplied with aluminium front top mounts with pillowball centres (camber adjustable if macpherson) and aluminium rear top mounts with rubber centres or no top mounts. The RN series coilover kits are supplied without front top mounts and with aluminium rear top mounts with rubber centre or no rear top mounts.
